Outstanding GP – Dr. Cecilia Ha Dr. Cecilia Ha is an exceptional GP with a genuine passion for women’s health. She is warm, thorough, and always takes the time to listen. Her knowledge and professionalism are outstanding, and she explains things clearly, making sure you feel informed and supported every step of the way. What sets Dr. Ha apart is her personal approach, —she never rushes appointments and truly cares about her patients' well-being. Follow-ups are timely, and her attention to detail is second to none. All the reception staff at Paramount Medical Clinic are warm and very helpful. A clean and well presented clinic all round, very professional, deserving of a 5 STAR Review.

Although doctors' visit are not my favorite thing in the world, Dr. Cox and the staff at Paramount Medical Clinic are wonderful. They are always accommodating and patient. I highly recommend them.

This was the most thorough consultation I have had. Dr Ha took her time, asked lots of appropriate questions and provided me with a thorough understanding of what I needed to do to treat my condition. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

In order to have my son seen by an Australian doctor, I visited this GP with my wife and son. It was a really good experience. Since we have just arrived in Australia from Japan, our English is not very strong. We were worried at first, but there are staff who can speak both Japanese and English, so we had nothing to worry about. My wife asked several questions, and the doctor answered kindly and appropriately. Moreover, when my son became restless and could not wait while we were talking with the doctor, they treated him with great kindness. I truly appreciate their warm and professional care.

I have been seeing Dr.Elizabeth McKenzie for 10 years. She is extremely knowledgeable and very kind. She always explains everything clearly and makes it easy to understand. The staff here are also lovely and welcoming.

Always pleasant to go here. My husband and I are seeing Dr. Choi for years now since we moved to the city. Dr. Choi is very kind, knows what he is doing and most importantly very caring to his patients. Also, when it comes to staff members they are also kind and welcoming. They make sure that patients are attended as soon as they can with big smiles in their faces. The clinic is clean and pleasant at all times. Thank you very much Paramount Medical Team!

Great experience at this GP today. The reception staff were polite and welcoming, and the nurse was very skilled (The injection was painless!). Dr Cecilia Ha was incredibly warm and kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation. I would definitely like to continue coming to this clinic and highly recommend it.
